Guys always tell me that oral sex is always better if the girl swallows. Is there an actual physical reason for this or is it just some extra psychological kick due to a sense of dominance? For instance, I realize that when I swallow, my tongue presses against the roof of my mouth and my throat contracts. Is that what makes for a better feeling for the guy?

There's no question that there is a physical element to the appeal of ejaculating in a woman's mouth -- the moisture and warmth of the mouth is reminiscent of the vagina, which some would suggest explains the allure of oral sex in the first place.
